If you are a member of another board and licensed in the state of Colorado, you may join the PPMLS or CIE as a Participant only.  The Employing Broker must be a participant for any Associate Broker to join. 

 Requirements per broker/associate broker:

1. Request a letter of good standing from your primary board.  Include individual and office NRDS number.

2. Application

•           For Employing/Independent Broker: 

                    i.      PPMLS Exhibit A:  Pikes Peak Multiple Listing Service

                    ii.      CSCP (PPCIE) Exhibit A:  Colorado Springs Commercial Properties

•           For Associate Broker: Form must be signed by Employing Broker

                     i.      Exhibit B:  Pikes Peak Multiple Listing Service** (PPMLS) Employing   
                             broker signature required

                    ii.      Exhibit B:  Colorado Springs Commercial Properties** (CSCP/PPCIE)
                             Employing broker required Employing broker signature required

      3.       Signed RSC Classes Form

      4.       Marketing Communication Consent Form

      5.       If you’re showing property in our area and need a Supra Key please print out the
                following:

Key and Cradle Lease Agreement and Key Order Form** Employing broker signature required

       6.       Copy of your current real estate license

Cost:

• Application Fee - $50.00

• 3 month initial participation commitment is $40.00/month - $120.00

• Key and Cradle lease deposit $150.00 ($100.00 refunded when key and cradle are returned)

• $7.50/month - $22.50

*PPMLS or CSCP no key - $170.00
($50.00 app + $120.00 3 mo. MLS or 3 mo. CSCP)

*PPMLS or CSCP and display key - $342.50
(above listed PPMLS/CSCP fees + $150.00 key dep. + $22.50 3 mo. key)

 *CSCP and PPMLS access  no key- $268.25
($50.00 app fee + $120.00 3 mo. PPMLS + $98.25 3 mo. CSCP)

When your information is entered in our database you will be contacted with instructions on how to sign up for a PPMLS or CSCP training class.  From the time of receipt of all completed documentation, please allow two business days to process your application.
